2022 Fees
Fees and tuition for the 2023 course are not yet available.
Tuition for Onco-Nephrology Symposium, 2022 is listed below. You may register through our secure online environment and will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your payment.
At the end of the registration process, a $10 non-refundable processing fee will be added to your registration. Refunds, less an administrative fee of $75, will be issued for all cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the start of the course. Refund requests must be made in our secure online system or by email. “No shows” are subject to the full course fee.
Please note, in person registration closes one day before the course starts and we do not accept onsite registrations. All learners should register prior to the course start.
Harvard Medical School, Brigham Women's Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute reserve the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary. In the event of cancellation, course fees will be refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties. All registered meeting participants, staff, vendors and guests must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and must also comply with all applicable regulations imposed by federal, state, and/or local health authorities and government mandates as well as abide by all safety precautions established by meeting and hotel venues.
All sessions will be taking place either in person (Inn at Longwood, Boston) or virtually. After registering and completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and further details on how to virtually join the course will be provided within 1 week of the course start date.
Please note: All in person attendees are required to demonstrate proof of vaccination against COVID-19, which constitutes 2 vaccines and 1 booster (at least 3 shots). Once registered, more instructions will follow on how to submit proof of vaccination.
If you are unable to provide proof of vaccination, we will be happy to refund you the registration cost or convert your in person registration to virtual attendance. Please note that no refunds will be granted within 2 weeks of the course start date. If you are unable to provide proof of vaccination and would prefer to cancel and receive a refund, you must let us know by September 16, 2022.
We also ask that if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 around the time of the conference, that you convert your attendance to virtual.
