Fees and tuition information for the 2025 course is not yet available.

Tuition for Evaluation of Undiagnosed and Rare Conditions is listed below. You may register through our secure online environment and will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your payment. Prices include CME credit.

At the end of the registration process, a $5 non-refundable processing fee will be added to your registration. Refunds, less an administrative fee of $25, will be issued for all cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the start of the course. Refund requests must be made in our secure online system or by email. “No shows” are subject to the full course fee.

If you work in a primarily underserved community, please email UDN_Convener@hms.harvard.edu with a brief 1-2 sentence description of the community you serve to be considered eligible for discounted tuition.
