Webinar Overview

In this webinar, participants will review foundational best practices for building rapport, validating, listening actively, and sensitively incorporating identity factors into clinical interactions with youth and families. Participants will have the opportunity to observe and examine role-plays of these techniques in sample clinical scenarios, as well as practice utilizing these techniques. There will also be time for questions and answers with the group.
