Sarah Mitnick is the Director of Program Operations for the Division of Education and Training at The Fenway Institute. In her role she runs the day-to-day operations of the division including staff supervision, project oversight, budget management and operational support. Prior to coming to Fenway, Sarah worked in non-profit advocacy. She has years of experience supervising staff, managing projects and budgets, fundraising, grant-seeking and providing administrative support. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts in Environmental Science from Colorado College and an MBA, with concentration in Leadership and Organizational Transformation, from Boston University.
