
Milena Pavlova
Dr. Milena Pavlova graduated from Sofia Medical University and subsequently completed specialty training in Neurology, Epilepsy/Neurophysiology and Sleep and Circadian Neurobiology. She currently directs the Sleep and EEG testing Center at Brigham Health and is an associate professor at Harvard Medical School, as well as a recent recipient of the Distinguished Clinician Award. Her research interests mainly focus on the interactions of circadian health and neurological disease, particularly epilepsy and REM behavior disorder. She currently continues clinical practice in neurology, sleep medicine, and epilepsy, co-chairs the workgroup on sleep and epilepsy at the American Epilepsy Society, also leads an annual CME course on sleep (by HMS) and trains neurology residents, and fellows in sleep medicine, epilepsy and neurophysiology.
