Dr. Eve Rittenberg is a primary care internist at the Brigham and Women's Hospital Fish Center for Women’s Health, and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School (HMS). Her areas of interest include women’s health, trauma-informed care, medical education, and narrative medicine. She is currently a Rabkin Fellow in Medical Education and was a 2018 - 2021 Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholar. Dr. Rittenberg co-directs an HMS clinical elective as well as a CME course in women's health. She serves as co-chair of the Education and Training Committee of the MGB Trauma-Informed Care Initiative, and as a member of the HMS TIC Curricular Theme Committee. Her narrative medicine essays describing stories of trauma and resilience have been published in the New England Journal of Medicine and in Health Affairs.
