David W. Kubiak, PharmD, BCPS, BCIDP is an Advanced Practice Pharmacy Specialist in Infectious Diseases at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) in Boston, MA. Dr. Kubiak has clinical and research expertise in infectious disease epidemiology, antimicrobial pharmacology, and antimicrobial stewardship. He co-directs the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program at BWH and has championed numerous multidisciplinary efforts aimed at promoting optimal use of anti-infective agents throughout the MGB Health-system. Dr. Kubiak is the Co-Chair for the MGB HealthCare Multidrug-Resistant Organism (MDRO)/Antimicrobial Stewardship Collaborative. Research interests include: antimicrobial pharmacology, clinical pharmacokinetics, antimicrobial stewardship, infectious disease diagnostics, and post-marketing drug safety surveillance program.
