• Culinary Health Education Fundamentals (CHEF) Coaching Certificate of Completion

    You must complete both CHEF Coaching the Basics and CHEF Coaching Beyond the Basics to earn the Certificate of Completion in Culinary Coaching from the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.

    To obtain a Certificate of Completion in Culinary Coaching from the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, please follow these instructions:

    1. Download your HMS CE certificates from CHEF Coaching—The Basics and CHEF Coaching—Beyond the Basics. Your certificates will be located in your MyCE Transcript tab once you have successfully completed both activities and have submitted your course evaluations.
    2. Email both certificates to: chefcoaching@instituteoflifestylemedicine.org
    3. Include your full name as you want it to appear on your certificate and your email address, and your certificate will be e-mailed to you.
